DELIVERY

Delivery will be done as soon as your payment clears if you contact us on our live chat or our community help chat for a live transaction ( If we are online ). It is possible we are not online at some point during the day due to different time zones. In this case if you place an order on our website the delivery will take place within 24-72 hours. During holidays orders can take up to 48-120 hours to be processed and delivered to your imvu account that you provided.

When we active/online and you want to use a priority delivery contact us so we can make sure you get your items within minutes.

Note: make sure you provide the correct account name when you make an order on our website. If you provide the wrong account name and your order happens to be delivered to the wrong account we are not responsible for this issue and you will need to order again. We keep detailed records of all the orders and deliveries. Also make sure your account is set to receive messages from everyone. If it is set to friends only then we won't be able to deliver your products.
