WARRANTY & REFUNDS

We sell warranties for a reason. BM items come with a risk and IMVU can take the items down and you'll lose the item. If you have a warranty you'll receive a free replacement. Replacements take 14-30 business days.

NO WARRANTY = NO FREE REPLACEMENT

The replacement can be claimed within 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks you can't get a replacement anymore. Therefore if we conclude your account has been the reason the item has been taken, you didn’t follow the rules or get reported your warranty will expire and you don't have a warranty on that item anymore. Therefore you get a chance to be listed on the blacklist for multiple stores.

As the products once delivered can not be taken back from your account we don't accept any refunds. If you have any issues with any of our products please contact us. There is a fix for every problem.
