WARRANTY & REFUNDS

We sell warranty's for a reason. BM items come with a risk and IMVU can take the items down and you'll lose the item. If you have a warranty you'll receive a free replacement. 

If the products delivered it can not be taken back from your account we don't accept any refunds. If you have any issues with any of our products please contact us. There is a fix for every problem.

 

Replacements can be claimed within 14 days, after that timeframe you can’t have a replacement anymore and your warranty will expire.
Replacements can take 14 up to 30 days, if the trigger isn’t available after 30 days you’ll get another trigger as replacement. 

 

REFUNDS TAKES 5-8 BUSNESS DAYS !!
